Lighter SLS 3D printed grippers. Faster changeovers. More efficient automation.
Gripper mass drives the load on your robotic system. With industrial SLS 3D printing we produce lightweight grippers, fixtures, brackets and production aids, shaped to your part's geometry and each process's requirements.

A gripper built around the part, not a part built around the gripper.
Less mass, more payload
Geometry optimization and lightweight construction reduce gripper mass and the load on your robotic system.
Geometry shaped to the part
Grippers designed around the part's geometry, contact surfaces and requirements. Complex shapes are integrated directly into the gripper structure.
Fast changes, no classic tooling rework
When the part changes, we update the CAD model and produce a new gripper revision without reworking existing tooling — in days, not weeks.
What we print for automation
PA 2200 for light grippers, PA 3200 GF for wear surfaces
PA 2200 gives light, rigid parts with high precision, ideal for gripper and guide structures. We use PA 3200 GF for contact surfaces and guides exposed to constant friction and wear.

PA 2200
High strength, chemical resistance, dimensional stability and biocompatibility. The most commonly used material for functional parts.
- Tensile strength 48 MPa
- Elongation 18 %
- HDT 157 °C

PA 3200 GF
High stiffness, wear and temperature resistance - with the repeatability of industrial printing.
- Tensile strength 51 MPa
- Elongation 9 %
- HDT 157 °C
The digital model stays on file. We print the gripper when you need it.
A confirmed gripper, fixture, manipulator or production aid stays stored as a digital CAD model. When you need an extra or replacement part, we reproduce it through a controlled SLS process — with no new classic production tooling to make.
