This website is informational. It presents our industrial 3D printing (SLS) and small-batch production services and lets visitors submit a quote request. It is not an online shop: no contract can be concluded, no purchase made and no payment taken through it.

The content of this website, including descriptions of materials, capabilities and indicative lead times, is an invitation to submit a request and not a binding offer within the meaning of Article 22 of the Slovenian Obligations Code.

Submitting the form sends us a request, to which we respond with a written quote. A contract is concluded only once you expressly accept our written quote and we confirm that acceptance. The automated email confirming receipt of your request is not an acceptance and creates no contractual relationship.

Orders placed with us are governed by our general terms of sale or by the terms agreed in the individual quote; these terms of use govern only the use of the website.

When submitting a request you may upload a file (e.g. a CAD model) or provide a link to one. Only the file types and sizes stated in the form are permitted.

By uploading a file you warrant that you hold the rights to the uploaded content or are otherwise authorised to share it, and that the content does not infringe third-party rights, contains no malicious code and is not otherwise unlawful.

We use an uploaded file solely to handle your request and prepare a quote. We acquire no rights in your content beyond the right to review and process it for that purpose. We treat the contents of your files as confidential.

Using the form to send unsolicited messages, advertising or content unrelated to a request, and any attempt to overload or abuse the form, are prohibited. The form is protected by a security check and by rate limiting.

You may use the website for your own business or personal purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

The following are prohibited in particular: attempting unauthorised access to the website or its servers, interfering with its operation, automated harvesting of content (e.g. scraping) without our written permission, and using the content to build a competing offering.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, video, illustrations, logos, trade marks and source code, is protected by copyright and is owned by RTCZ d.o.o. or used under licence from the rights holder.

Without our prior written permission, the content may not be reproduced, distributed, communicated to the public, modified or used for commercial purposes. Ordinary viewing of the site and making a single copy for your own non-commercial use are permitted.

Third-party product names and trade marks (e.g. EOS, PA 2200) belong to their respective owners and are used solely to describe the technology and materials employed.

We prepare the content of this website with care, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate and up to date at all times. Technical values, tolerances and lead times stated here are indicative and may vary with the geometry, material and scope of each project; only the figures in our written quote are binding.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damage arising from use of, or reliance on, this website, nor for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.

We do not warrant uninterrupted availability of the website. Access may be suspended at any time and without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades or technical faults.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. Such links are provided for your convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, operation or privacy practices of external websites, and we do not endorse their content.

We may amend these terms from time to time, in particular when the content or functionality of the website changes or when the law requires it. These terms and the use of this website are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

We seek to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing that, disputes between us and business entities fall within the jurisdiction of the competent court in the Republic of Slovenia at the registered office of RTCZ d.o.o. If you are a consumer, this jurisdiction clause does not affect your right to bring proceedings before the court of your place of residence under mandatory law.

Pursuant to Article 15 of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 we inform you that the European Commission no longer provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, which ceased operating on 20 July 2025. We do not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution body as competent for disputes arising from our activity.
